Preliminary Floorplan NBI Expo 2013
The Expo floor is built around a huge Matchmaking Area. This is the area where the one-on-one matches will be taking place.
Around the matchmaking area we have created stands of 15 sqm and 25 sqm. The bigger stands (50 sqm) and the big pavilions are in the front of the exhibition hall
We distinguish three big conference rooms. Which are fully equipped and easy reachable for the visitors of the Expo. Next to each conference room there are information desks were visitors can find schedules, handouts and specific information about the seminars.
We also created two meeting rooms for small sessions, round table conversations or board meetings. These rooms are equipped with modern meeting facilities.
The restaurant facilities are on the first floor.
